    To lose weight properly (burning fat) you must increase your metabolism (weight training) and your need for oxygen (aerobics) while eating enough calories each day (nutritious diet) to give you energy and maintain the protein in your muscles because protein helps build muscles, which indirectly burns fat.     Well, as we all know, meat comes wrapped in plastic from the supermarket, milk is either low-fat or omega 3-enhanced, soft drinks loaded with sugar are part of a balanced diet and infant milk formula from China can sometimes contain lethal quantities of industrial chemicals.
